Tikhanovskaya Urges OSCE to Counter Belarusian Repression of Exiles

Belarusian opposition leader Svetlana Tikhanovskaya briefed OSCE participants at the Warsaw Human Dimension Conference on transnational repression by Belarusian authorities against exiles, urging member states to keep the issue on the agenda. The claim of repression is asserted by the opposition and not independently verified. This signals continued diplomatic pressure on Belarus but represents no immediate policy shift.
