Repeat offender Charles Darcy identified following Dublin betting shop robbery

Charles Darcy, a 38-year-old with a prior conviction for attempted murder, was apprehended after a betting shop employee physically intervened during a robbery. The incident occurred shortly after Darcy allegedly participated in a separate knife-point carjacking in Dublin.
