Romanian President Designates Luca Niculescu as PM After Three Failed Attempts

President Nicușor Dan has designated Luca Niculescu as Prime Minister, marking the fourth attempt to form a government after three previous failures. The move follows consultations with parliamentary parties, but the outcome remains uncertain as Niculescu must secure parliamentary approval. This political instability could delay fiscal reforms and EU fund absorption, affecting Romania's growth outlook.
