Zelensky relays security-linked election message to Trump amid diesel concerns

Ukrainian President Zelensky has communicated to former U.S. President Trump a message linking the issue of elections in Ukraine to security conditions, with a reference to diesel supply concerns. The statement suggests that holding elections is contingent on security guarantees, likely amid ongoing conflict. The exact content of the message and its implications for U.S.-Ukraine relations remain unclear.
