Romania Ministry of Education proposes financial incentives for top exam performers

The Romanian Ministry of Education and Research has released a draft government decision to award between 2,000 and 5,000 lei to students achieving maximum grades in the 2026 National Evaluation and Baccalaureate exams. The proposal is currently under public consultation, with the final implementation dependent on government approval.
