Montenegro establishes Dual Education Support Fund via legislative amendment

The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) has launched financial support for employers hiring dual education graduates on permanent contracts. This initiative follows recent amendments to the Law on Vocational Education, marking the first operationalization of the newly defined Dual Education Support Fund.
