UCV establishes contingency fund following earthquake-related casualties and infrastructure damage

The Central University of Venezuela (UCV) has launched a contingency fund to address structural damage and provide aid to community members following recent seismic activity. The institution confirmed 51 fatalities, primarily students, alongside faculty and administrative staff, highlighting the significant human toll of the disaster.
