Montenegro Bonus seeks 1.6 million EUR in damages for historical KAP electricity theft

State-owned Montenegro Bonus is pursuing 1.6 million EUR in damages related to electricity theft and supply costs incurred by the KAP aluminum factory between 2013 and 2014. The claim stems from a government guarantee issued under the Milo Đukanović administration, which remains a point of contention as the company struggles to recover 17 million EUR in total losses.
