Israeli strikes kill three in Gaza on Oct 7 anniversary, including rescue worker

Israeli forces killed three Palestinians in Gaza on the third anniversary of the 7 October 2023 Hamas attack, including a Civil Defence worker near Kamal Adwan Hospital and a boy east of Khan Younis. The incident continues the established pattern of daily strikes, with no deviation from recent escalation levels. It underscores the ongoing humanitarian toll and the failure of ceasefire efforts.
