NUBBiH petitions for return to Vijećnica and sustainable funding model

The National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina has launched a formal petition seeking relocation to the Vijećnica building and a permanent state-level financing solution. The initiative coincides with the 34th anniversary of the library's destruction, highlighting ongoing institutional instability and unresolved post-war cultural infrastructure issues.
