Brazil 2026 first-round voting hours vary by state time zones

Brazil's first-round 2026 elections opened with standard 8 AM–5 PM hours in most states, but six states (Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Acre, Amazonas, Rondônia, Roraima) follow local time zones, with Acre and parts of Amazonas voting 6 AM–3 PM. This is a routine administrative notice, not a political shift.
