Bridgepoint acquires IT asset management firm Lansweeper

British investment firm Bridgepoint has acquired a majority stake in Belgian software company Lansweeper from Dovesco and other investors. The deal aims to accelerate Lansweeper's expansion into AI and international markets while retaining existing management and Dovesco as minority shareholders.
