Aerial strike on Al Ahli gold mine in northern Sudan kills, injures several

Social media reports indicate an aerial bombardment targeted mining areas at the Al Ahli gold mine in far northern Sudan, causing deaths and injuries. The attack is unverified and no group has claimed responsibility, but it fits the pattern of ongoing aerial campaigns in Sudan's civil war. The incident underscores the conflict's reach into resource-rich areas, with potential implications for gold supply and regional stability.
