Chilean prosecutors to charge Carlos Cancino for homicide of police officer

The Los Ríos Prosecutor's Office will formally charge Carlos Cancino, known as 'El Rana', for the homicide of officer Marcos Cosme and the attempted homicide of two others. The charges also include illegal possession of a firearm and receiving stolen goods, as the weapon used was previously reported stolen.
