Second suspect arrested in Antwerp explosive attack near city park

An 18-year-old from Deurne has been arrested in connection with an explosive detonation outside an apartment building on Charlottalei, Antwerp, on Sunday evening. This follows the earlier arrest of a 20-year-old from Borgerhout. The incident appears to be a targeted attack, but motive and links remain under investigation.
