Accell Bankruptcy: Batavus, Koga, Babboe Brands Acquired by Dutech

Trustees of bankrupt Accell have sold the rights to bicycle brands Batavus, Koga, and Babboe to investment firm Dutech, which will continue developing them. The deal also includes Accell's IT platform, Hungarian operations, and part of its staff. Warranty obligations for existing customers remain uncertain, and the financial terms were not disclosed.
