Eurekka makes Affinity Guarantee permanent for online therapy services

Brazilian online therapy provider Eurekka has permanently adopted its 'Affinity Guarantee' policy, allowing patients to trial up to three psychologists with a full refund option if no connection is established. The program, which saw over 1,000 users in its initial four-month pilot, aims to improve patient retention and therapeutic outcomes by reducing barriers to finding a compatible provider.
