Greece: Lasithi Plateau flood damage claims deadline set for October 19

Greek authorities have set an October 19 deadline for farmers in the Lasithi Plateau to file damage claims following catastrophic rainfall and flooding from October 1-4. The event caused significant agricultural losses, and compensation will cover plant production, capital, installations, and equipment. This is a localized disaster response, with no broader geopolitical or market implications.
