Honduras arrests alleged 'Los Copanecos' member tied to 2021 cocaine seizure

Honduran anti-drug police arrested Sergio Espinoza, alias 'El Gordo', on a warrant linking him to a transnational drug trafficking structure and a 2021 seizure of 167 kg of cocaine. The arrest is a routine law enforcement action against an alleged mid-level operative; no major disruption to trafficking flows is indicated.
