Coricelli in talks with UniCredit to acquire Deoleo, issues bonds

Italian olive oil group Coricelli is negotiating with UniCredit to finance the acquisition of Spanish olive oil company Deoleo. Coricelli will also issue bonds and has appointed UniCredit as agent bank. The deal would consolidate the olive oil sector and expand Coricelli's market presence.
