GPS Group acquires 65% of Aster Group, expanding security services in Brazil

GPS Group, through its subsidiary Graber Segurança, completed the acquisition of 65% of Aster Group, a security services provider in São Paulo state. The deal, announced in July, closed in early September, with financial terms undisclosed. Aster reported gross revenue of R$154 million in the 12 months to May 2026. This acquisition strengthens GPS's position in the Brazilian security services market, a sector with growth potential due to rising demand for private security.
