Rubio alleges foreign hand in suspected RAF base terror plot

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio claims a suspected terror plot against an RAF base hosting American forces 'clearly involves the hand of a foreign actor', without providing specifics. The allegation is unverified and lacks corroborating detail, but signals potential state-sponsored activity targeting UK-based US assets. The incident is developing, with implications for NATO force protection and UK-US security cooperation.
