Russian oil refinery hit by drone; Moscow attack kills one, Kyiv metro suspended

The Kyiv metro suspension suggests reciprocal Ukrainian defensive measures. This marks an escalation in cross-border drone warfare, targeting critical energy infrastructure and the capital, with potential economic and psychological impacts.
