Serious traffic collision on Krk island results in two hospitalizations

A 29-year-old driver caused a head-on collision with a truck on the island of Krk after driving into the opposing lane while intoxicated. Emergency services performed an extraction of the driver, and both individuals involved were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
