China state-owned entity initiates domestic DUV lithography production

A Chinese state-owned enterprise has commenced manufacturing deep ultraviolet (DUV) lithography machines to reduce reliance on foreign semiconductor technology. It remains unclear if these machines can achieve the precision required for advanced node production or if they will be limited to legacy chips.
