OPCW DG outlines priorities at 113th Executive Council session

New OPCW Director-General Sabrina Dallafior delivered her opening remarks at the 113th Executive Council session, marking her first major address since taking office. The statement signals continuity in the organization's verification and non-proliferation mandate, but specific policy shifts or new initiatives remain unspecified. This matters as the OPCW continues to oversee chemical weapons disarmament amid ongoing global tensions.
