Nepal flood death toll exceeds 900 as search operations focus on hydroelectric tunnels

The death toll from catastrophic flooding triggered by a glacial outburst in the Himalayas has surpassed 900. Rescue efforts are currently concentrated on locating survivors trapped within the tunnels of at least twelve hydroelectric power plants in the Rasuwa and Nuwakot districts.
