Santander-Mapfre alliance: Verti car insurance to be sold via Santander branches

Santander and Mapfre have formed an alliance under which Mapfre's Verti subsidiary will offer car insurance to Santander customers. This is a distribution partnership, not a merger or acquisition, expanding Verti's reach through Santander's retail network.
