Bolivia captures El Alto robbery gang leader; loot still missing

Bolivian authorities arrested the alleged leader of the gang behind a recent robbery in El Alto, 15 days after the heist, but the stolen money remains unrecovered. The other three accomplices reportedly fled to Peru with the loot. The capture is a partial success for law enforcement, but the flight of accomplices and missing funds leave the case unresolved.
