Colombia deploys military to combat arson-linked wildfires

President de la Espriella has ordered military intervention to suppress wildfires in western Colombia, citing evidence of arson. The government has requested international assistance from the US and Chile to manage the crisis, which has already destroyed over 200,000 hectares.
