Kátia Abreu backs Lula in Tocantins runoff, urges unity

Former senator Kátia Abreu issued an open letter endorsing Lula's candidacy and calling for voter mobilization in Tocantins ahead of the second round. This signals consolidation of political support within the state, though its impact on the national outcome remains uncertain. The move is notable as Abreu previously held a different political alignment, indicating a shift in local political dynamics.
