Peru: 'Leo' Falls, No. 2 of 'Los Sanguinarios de la Pampa' Gang

Peruvian authorities captured 'Leo', second-in-command of the 'Los Sanguinarios de la Pampa' criminal network, led by Eneyser Fernández (alias Brayan), rival of Edinson Fernández's 'Los Guardianes de la Pampa'. The arrest follows a confrontation on Tuesday that left three gang members and a police officer dead, signaling an escalation in inter-gang violence in the Pampa region.
