Republika Srpska increases long-term borrowing target to 2.49 billion KM

The Republika Srpska government has revised its budget to increase planned long-term borrowing from 1.69 billion to 2.49 billion KM. Opposition figures claim this reliance on debt, which now accounts for 40 percent of the budget, reflects unsustainable fiscal management post-election.
