Romanian Cadastre Agency data breached via weak credentials

The Romanian National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) suffered a significant data breach after an attacker, identified as Loic Matrier, exploited weak administrative passwords to compromise the e-Terra platform. The incident resulted in the total operational failure of the agency's email and land registry systems, with the stolen data currently being offered for sale.
