Lovćen banka implements TIPS-based instant payment system in Montenegro

Lovćen banka has integrated the TIPS (TARGET Instant Payment Settlement) clone system to facilitate real-time domestic transactions. The service is now available via mobile and electronic banking channels at a fixed fee of 5 cents, marking a shift toward modernized retail payment infrastructure in the Montenegrin banking sector.
