EU Chinese hybrid car imports surge, evading EV tariffs, alarming Brussels

EU sales of Chinese-made hybrid cars have surged from 659 in 2022 to a much higher level, as these vehicles are not covered by the anti-subsidy tariffs imposed on fully electric vehicles.
