Under-researched Harappan burial sites limit understanding of Indus Valley social hierarchy

Archaeological data from nearly 60 documented Harappan cemeteries remains largely unanalyzed, hindering insights into ancient social stratification and funerary practices. The disparity between current research output and the scale of known sites leaves significant gaps in understanding Indus Valley civilization compared to contemporary Egyptian studies.
