Swedish teen arrested for murder of plastic surgeon in Marbella clinic

A 57-year-old German-born plastic surgeon, Alexander Aslani, was fatally shot in his Marbella clinic on 7 October. Spanish police arrested an 18-year-old Swedish national the next day, suspecting him as the shooter. The motive is suspected to be murder, but details remain unclear; the arrest suggests a targeted killing rather than a random act.
