Sudamericana de Lácteos acquisition finalized following labor dispute resolution

Businessman Pablo González has acquired the dormant dairy firm Sudamericana de Lácteos after reaching a settlement with the Atilra union regarding unpaid wages and labor conditions. Production is scheduled to resume by late July, ending a six-month operational paralysis that affected 78 employees.
