Flooding in Nombre de Dios, Panama, displaces residents and damages infrastructure

Heavy rainfall in the Costa Arriba region of Panama has caused flooding, forcing evacuations and damaging at least 83 homes in Nombre de Dios. Authorities are currently conducting damage assessments across the affected sectors as water levels begin to recede.
