Knesset Speaker Ochana confronts Council of Europe over genocide claims

Knesset Speaker Amir Ochana addressed the Council of Europe in Rome, presenting a book with the word 'Jew' repeated six million times to counter genocide accusations against Israel. He asserted that October 7 attacks targeted civilians without collateral damage, rejecting claims he says are used to gain political support. The move escalates Israel's diplomatic pushback against international criticism, though its impact on European policy remains uncertain.
