Fauba study compares carbon sequestration in agricultural fields versus livestock pastures

A three-year study by the University of Buenos Aires Faculty of Agronomy (Fauba) analyzed carbon balances in agricultural and livestock systems. The findings suggest a need for expanded longitudinal research to better understand the environmental impact of cattle grazing compared to crop production.
