Belgium revises speech therapy reimbursement policy for oncology patients

Belgian Health Minister Frank Vandenbroucke announced updated reimbursement rules for speech therapy, effective September 1st. The policy introduces preventive sessions for head and neck cancer patients, allowing up to 10 sessions prior to surgery or radiotherapy within the existing 55-session coverage limit.
