Corrientes seeks alternative funding to finish housing halted by federal cuts

Argentina's Corrientes province is seeking alternative financing to complete housing projects after the national government suspended federal funding. The province is also accelerating drainage works in response to El Niño. This reflects subnational adaptation to federal fiscal tightening and climate-related infrastructure pressure.
