Croatian Supreme Court limits interest on converted loans and mandates split litigation costs

The Croatian Supreme Court ruled that consumers are entitled to default interest on overpaid loan amounts only until the date of loan conversion. Additionally, the court established that in cases of partial success, both parties must bear their own legal costs, effectively limiting financial liability for banks in ongoing litigation.
