Rheinmetall to expand gunpowder production capacity at Aschau am Inn facility

Rheinmetall is increasing annual gunpowder production capacity at its Bavarian plant from 1,700 to 4,200 tonnes by 2028. This expansion, which includes a target of over 1 million propellant charges annually, reflects a sustained effort to address European ammunition supply chain constraints.
