Montenegro arrests Russian military blogger 'Ribar' and associates in Risan

Mikhail Zvintsuk, founder of the Russian military blog 'Ribar', was arrested in Montenegro along with his wife and three other Russians. The arrests suggest possible extradition or intelligence-related action, though the specific charges remain unclear. This marks a notable law-enforcement operation against a pro-Russian figure in the Balkans.
