Slovak regulator recalls Levosimendan heart medication batch due to particulate contamination

The State Institute for Drug Control (ŠÚKL) has ordered a nationwide recall of Levosimendan FMK 2.5 mg/ml, batch 10825, following the discovery of foreign particles in the infusion solution. The recall affects all distribution channels, pharmacies, and medical facilities to prevent potential patient safety risks.
