Unusually large Asian hornet nest found in abandoned house in Ypres

A property manager in Ypres discovered an exceptionally large Asian hornet nest in an abandoned house, estimated to contain about 4,000 hornets. Exterminators noted they had never seen such a large nest indoors. The find highlights the spread of invasive species in urban areas, though it is an isolated incident with no immediate broader implications.
