Brazil IPC-S inflation index decelerates to 0.07% in third July reading

The IPC-S consumer price index rose 0.07% in the third week of July, marking a significant deceleration from the 0.20% recorded in the previous period. Six of eight expenditure categories contributed to the slowdown, led by a cooling in food prices. The 12-month accumulated inflation rate now stands at 4%.
